Customized by State Enterprise "Severodonetsk CHPP", Severodonetsk , Lugansk region, in order to restore the fleet life of elements of boiler TGM-84B TKZ, st. No.19, of SE "Severodonetsk CHPP" Corporation "Soyuz" has begun in 2018 work on full repair of the boiler in the volume (according to the defective act) of:
replacement of the boiler screen system;
100 % replacement of serpentines of water economizer;
replacement of pipelines of steam and high pressure water; replacement of the shut-off valve of the boiler;
repair of RAH with 100 % replacement of the heating fettling of the "hot" and cold layer;
work on restoration of gas boiler passes;
work on envelope and thermal insulation;
work on cleaning of bends and pipelines under SPL.
