Reconstruction of OHL 110 kV "Usatove - Chumka, Odessa CHP - Chumka"

SOYUZ Corporation completed construction and commissioning works, delivery of equipment for the reconstruction of double-circuit OHL 110 kV "Usatove - Chumka, Odessa CHP - Chumka", which runs through the territory of Odessa.

Works were carried out in the short term in areas, which are replete with air and underground communication networks that complicated construction conditions.

 During construction, many-sided metal supports made in accordance with modern technologies were used; installation of pile foundations was carried out by indentation and using of bored and cast-in-place piles. The specialists of SOYUZ Corporation have developed and used a portable angle tension metal tower that made it possible to ensure the reliability of power supply to customers during the reconstruction of this section.
