The subdivision “Southern Power System” (SPS) of the SE "NPC "Ukrenergo" was entrusted with a task to perform reconstruction of SS 330 kV "Usatove" for adjoining of SS 110 kV "Marazliyivska"
Within the project "Reconstruction of Outdoor Switchgear VRP 110 kV of SS 330 kV "Usatove" for adjoining of SS 110 kV "Marazliyivska" all the original equipment, which has used its service life, was replaced at the Outdoor Switchgear VRP 110 kV of the SS "Usatove". During reconstruction there were installed 4 SF6 circuit breakers (manufactured by SIEMENS), 14 phases of voltage transformers (manufactured by SIEMENS), 15 phases of current transformers (manufactured by SIEMENS), 20 tripolar disconnectors with moving throw of the main earthing knives (manufactured by HAPAM)
All works were conducted under conditions of operating VRP 110 kV.
Completed work at the SS 330 kV "Usatove" will ensure adjoining to it of municipal SS 110 kV "Marazliyivska", which provides electricity to the central part of Odessa. Upon the information of "Ukrenergo", SOYUZ Corporation – contractor of works at the SS "Usatove" – has fulfilled the planned works promptly and efficiently.
